Security & Data Protection

Last Updated: January 2026

1. Security Philosophy

At SAPATIX, we understand that spatial and operational data represents the core intelligence of your enterprise. We engineer our platform with security as a foundational layer, ensuring that your environments remain private, your data remains secure, and access is strictly controlled.

2. Data Protection

We employ rigorous data protection methodologies across our entire infrastructure:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between your devices, sensors, browsers, and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
  • Encryption at Rest: All operational space data and customer information stored in our databases are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Data Segregation: Customer data is logically segregated within our multi-tenant infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access across accounts.

3. Access Control

We provide mechanisms to ensure you maintain total control over who can view your spatial intelligence:

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Define precise permissions for administrators, analysts, and standard users.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Enterprise customers can integrate SAPATIX with their existing identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra ID) to enforce internal security policies.
  • Audit Logging: We maintain detailed logs of administrative actions and access patterns, available for enterprise review.

4. Infrastructure & Hosting

SAPATIX is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (such as AWS/GCP). Our infrastructure partners maintain strict physical and environmental security controls, ensuring that the servers processing your spatial intelligence are highly resilient against physical intrusion, hardware failure, and environmental disasters.

5. Privacy and Anonymity by Design

SAPATIX is built to analyze the flow and utilization of space, not to surveil individuals. Our edge processing architecture ensures that physical activity is converted into anonymous spatial vectors and heatmaps before it ever reaches our cloud storage. We do not store biometric markers or facial recognition data.

6. Responsible Disclosure

We value the work of the security research community. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the SAPATIX platform, please report it to us immediately.
